CANCELLATION POLICY

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 80% of the service total. If you are sick, please reschedule as soon as possible on the day of your appointment. Fees may still apply.
