Every set is approached with care, precision, and a focus on long-term nail integrity, so you never feel rushed or like just another appointment. Over the past four years, I’ve built my business independently with one goal in mind: to create a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and confident in both their nails and their experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
Service time is reserved exclusively for your appointment. Please review the following: • 48+ hours notice required to cancel or reschedule • Less than 48 hours = 50% of service cost • Same-day cancellations & no-shows = 80% of service cost Deposits (Structured Gel New Clients Only): A non-refundable deposit is required and applied toward your total. If an appointment booked more than 2 weeks in advance is canceled or rescheduled within 7 days, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook. Late Policy: • 10+ minutes late may result in reschedule • Rescheduled due to lateness = 100% charge • If accommodated, a $10 late fee will apply By booking, you agree to all policies.
